High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Previous banking, teller, cash-handling, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional service to customers and assist with their banking needs
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, account transactions, and other teller services accurately
Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer
Balance cash and transactions at the end of each business day
Review daily reports carefully and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual activity
Follow established banking procedures and internal controls
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Assist customers with questions and resolve routine issues professionally
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
Work effectively as part of a team and support daily branch operations
