Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of banking experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven integrity.
- Excellent computer and cash-handling skills.
- Highest level of communication, professionalism, customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused—even on busy days.
- Availability during bank operating hours.
- Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before their shift.
Nice To Haves
- Some college or professional training strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for personal and business accounts—open, maintain, and close accounts with precision.
- Process teller transactions and balance daily work.
- Assist customers with inquiries, online banking setup, debit cards, and safe deposit boxes.
- Cross-sell banking services to meet customer needs.
- Handle wire transfers, cash orders, and support teller training.
