About The Position

Bank Account Management Analyst: Leads the monthly account reconciliation and quarterly attestation process, which are established to ensure complete and accurate account populations and ownership details. Partners with relationship managers in the execution of client service needs for all internal clients and custodian/treasury banks. Executes and/or assists with processes that support the bank strategy controls environment. Provides analysis and reports to management. Serves as primary liaison between internal contacts and global banking partners. Anticipates client needs and responds to inquiries. Ensures business unit service levels indicate accurate measures. Partner within the business unit and with external banks to proactively maintain services levels. Escalates service level issues to management when necessary. Identifies priorities and recommends strategic plans and workflow solutions on assigned initiatives. Independently resolves complex problems and exercises judgement in elevating issues. Recommends enhancements to workflows and procedures. Integrates new or existing technologies into workflows and communicates updates to all business partners, analyzing impact, preparing environment for change, and updating or creating procedures. Provides consultation, facilitation and analytical support to ensure internal controls are properly aligned and implemented. Provides consulting to business partners on account opening best practices. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Detail oriented and proven self-starter with ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and empower other crew members.
  • Proven analytical root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Finance degree preferred.
  • Global Banking experience preferred but not required.
  • SharePoint dashboarding and Power Query knowledge a plus.
