About The Position

The Owner Relations Analyst is responsible for communicating with Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners to ensure accurate, timely and efficient information dissemination and issue resolution. This role is the first point of contact for Partners and Royalty Owners and must make a great impression! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, and reliable are “musts” in this role. The successful candidate will work in the Land Department performing various administrative and land tasks. The individual will work closely with other Land Department staff, Accounting Department as well as Technical staff to ensure that the Company's responsibilities to royalty owners are met.

Nice To Haves

Related/relevant experience in client/customer services
Basic knowledge of oil/gas industry

Responsibilities

Maintaining the Company's land records in an organized manner
Maintaining owner's information (address, TIN, email, etc.) in our systems
Mailing change of address forms
Working with the Accounting Department to create new owners and process address changes.
Maintain positive relationship with owners and Working Interest Partners
Assist with inputting relevant owner information into ODA and HubSpot
Support Land staff with day-to-day duties, as needed
Assist with clerical functions, as directed
