Montecito Bank & Trust is offering a paid part-time Bank Operations Internship in our Bank Operations Department. As a Bank Operations Intern, you will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with members of Bank Operations as well as other Bank Departments as needed. You will be located in Goleta, CA with a fully on-site work schedule.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Driven to learn, proactive, and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of College/University coursework preferred; most relevant coursework would include business, economics, accounting, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Validation and comparison of records in Ops Support and Loan Services.
• Title policy review and process for Loan Services.
• Procedure Management: Document imports for procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
