About The Position

At Regions, the Bank Operations Cash Support Specialist monitors overall branch and ATM cash levels. This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This is not a remote position. A minimum of three days required in the office.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to the branches or vendor on shipment amounts
• Contacts the branches or vendor when large cash balance variances are detected
• Provides coaching to the branches on reaching and maintaining forecasted cash levels
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
