About The Position

This is a temporary-to-hire position for a Baking Team Member. The role involves assisting bakers with preparing various bakery items, measuring ingredients, following recipes and production schedules, finishing and packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires weekday daytime availability, with open availability preferred. While prior bakery or food preparation experience is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate. The job emphasizes a positive attitude, dependability, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakers with preparing batters, icings, fillings, and baked goods.
• Measure ingredients and follow recipes and production schedules.
• Help finish, package, and prepare bakery items for display and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the bakery team to ensure efficient daily production.
