About The Position

This is a temporary-to-hire position for a Baking Team Member with weekday daytime shifts. Open availability is preferred. The role involves assisting bakers with preparing various bakery items, measuring ingredients, following recipes and production schedules, finishing, packaging, and preparing items for display and customer orders. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and supporting the team for efficient daily production are key aspects of the job.

Requirements

• Weekday daytime availability (open availability preferred).
• Previous bakery, kitchen, or food preparation experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakers with preparing batters, icings, fillings, and baked goods.
• Measure ingredients and follow recipes and production schedules.
• Help finish, package, and prepare bakery items for display and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the bakery team to ensure efficient daily production.
