About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys Apple Valley is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 5:00am-9:00pm.

Requirements

• 2 or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
• Previous supervisory experience desired
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers with bakery purchases
• Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
• Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
• Maintaining a clean department
