Beausejour Co-op is hiring a Bakery Supervisor in our Oakbank Food Store location. Co-op does business differently. Requirements

Commercial baking experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Delivering world-class customer service
Providing leadership to all bakery clerks
Ordering and stocking bakery merchandise
Merchandising and displaying packaged product
Receiving and unloading trucks
Maintaining department cleanliness, housekeeping standards and a focus on safety
Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members
Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the bakery department
Receive and inspect store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment
Ensure the Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times
Bake in store made products and decorate cakes, ensuring consistency in ingredients used and preparation method at all times
Assist the Bakery Manager in ordering duties and inventory control
Other duties as required
