About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, joy is the job! Our team members sweeten up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. We close early so you can enjoy your evenings. Requirements

Trustworthy individual.
Must have flexibility to work throughout the holiday season including the weeks leading up to major holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
At least one day of weekend availability is required.

Willing to work offsite events in addition to regular in-bakery shifts.

Responsibilities

Cross-train in Joy Creator, Crafting, and Frosting departments.
Provide exceptional guest service and create genuine connections with the community.
Decorate cakes and package orders aligned with required brand standards.
Make frosting, frost products, and ensure daily production demands are met.
Rotate through departments as needed, scheduling to their strengths to best support the bakery.
Carry a key to the business.
Assist in opening/closing duties.
Ensure standards are met in absence of the Bakery Manager.
Work offsite events in addition to regular in-bakery shifts.
