About The Position

Bakery Production Assistants prepare, package, and label products for display and sale according to company standards, including precise measurement of ingredients. This is an entry-level seasonal hourly position; no prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Review the production plan.
Read and understand recipes.
Prepare, package, label, and date products according to company standards.
Maintain proper product rotation and assist with inventory organization.
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts.
Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies to bakery leadership.
Support opening and closing production procedures.
Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
