If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Mixing Operator III to join our team at our Alsip, IL bakery. As a Mixing Operator III, you will play a critical role in ensuring dough quality, production efficiency, and food safety by operating mixing equipment, monitoring dough characteristics, and supporting continuous production operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Mixer or in a related manufacturing role
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate production screens
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and in a production environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bakery or food manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with SAP or production reporting systems

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated mixing and production equipment to ensure consistent dough quality
  • Control dough temperature, texture, and mixing times to meet product specifications
  • Support production flow by coordinating with the sheeting line and managing mix capacity
  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and SAP data entries in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and reuse of rework and waste dough per specifications
  • Perform sanitation and basic preventative maintenance to uphold food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any safety or contamination risks
