85°C Bakery Cafe is looking for Store Management Team Members to join their growing company. They are recruiting for the Store Management Team, which serves a broad range of functions including leading all aspects of operation, customer service, cost management, and training.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
- Available to work on weekends and holidays
- Moderate physical activity required, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers

Responsibilities
- Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
- Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
- Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling
- Organize and supervise employee shifts
- Participate in management and personnel meetings
- Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
- Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate
