About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for its Store Management Team for a new location in Centennial, Colorado. Training will be provided in the Los Angeles area for approximately 6-8 weeks, with travel, board, and transportation covered. 85°C Bakery Cafe, founded in 2004, is a global bakery and beverage retail business with over 1,000 stores worldwide, known for providing high-quality pastries and drinks at affordable prices. The Store Management role involves leading all aspects of store operations, including customer service, cost management, and training.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position
Strong organizational, communications, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
Available to work on weekends and holidays
Moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds)
Nearly continuous standing and walking
Repetitive hand motions
Reaching overhead

Responsibilities

Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling
Organize and supervise employee shifts
Participate in management and personnel meetings
Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate
Cross-train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
