The Bakery Clerk role involves proofing and baking unfinished bakery goods according to product handling information using ovens and other equipment. This position also requires unpacking bakery goods from the freezer and displaying appropriate amounts based on production charts, while adhering to safe handling and storage instructions. Maintaining all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department is crucial.
