The Bakery Clerk position involves proofing and baking unfinished bakery goods according to product handling information using ovens and other equipment. This role also includes unpacking and displaying bakery goods from the freezer based on production chart recommendations, ensuring safe handling and storage. Maintaining all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department is a key aspect of the job.
