About The Position

AJ's Fine Foods Bakery Clerk is responsible for completing a variety of tasks throughout the store, potentially across different departments, and providing customers with a memorable experience. The role requires a friendly, responsible person who can work safely in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; positions serving alcohol require employees to be at least 21.

Employees may occasionally experience extended periods of standing, sitting, lifting and stocking items weighing up to 50 pounds, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, and bending.

For internal transfers, promotions, or rehires, the current leader must recommend the candidate and provide an endorsement upon request from HR. Candidates may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available. Rehires require HRBP approval.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
