Requirements

Must be available as scheduled and on call for reports offs.
Reporting times may change to cover report offs.
Must be able to work overtime.
Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs.
Candidate selection will be based on ability to perform the job, which will be determined on the basis of personal interview results.
Job candidate’s safety record, disciplinary record, quality of work, peer relationships, job performance, previous work history and experience will also be taken into consideration.
Only candidates meeting eligibility criteria in all categories will be invited to participate in the interview process.

Responsibilities

Provide relief for the bread line: covering divider, molders, oven proofer, pan stacker, slicer/feeder, robot operator, inspector, and basket feed.
Cover a job on a full-day basis should the need arise.
Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve in the role of 5S Leader, actively participate in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.) and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Perform Operator-Driven Reliability (ODR) duties including, but not limited to, cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as assigned by supervisor.
