About The Position
A Giant Food Bakery Associate prepares, bakes, and showcases a variety of fresh goods while delivering customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a bake-off, retail, or food service setting preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Open Availability (6am-9pm)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of goods like breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes using standardized recipes.
- Assist shoppers, take custom orders, and maintain appealing display cases.
- Clean and sanitize counters, tools, equipment, and floors while following food safety rules.
- Monitor daily stock levels, rotate products, and track inventory or loss.
