About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare the fresh bagels that define its bakeries. Bakers arrive early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, and ensure quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers also work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service, including helping take orders and make sandwiches, and help maintain the quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 PM, and Bakers will not work past 3 PM.

The position requires varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early hours and weekends. The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours; these duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change, and the description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, along with meeting the company's driving qualifications where required.
