About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Baker on the AM Shift at Juniors #5 in Alton, TX. The primary purpose of this role is to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial baking environment
• Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
• Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
• Ability to operate commercial baking equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Food Handlers Certification (required)

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment.
• Monitor baking progress and adjust oven temperatures as needed.
• Decorate and present baked goods attractively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations.
