About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh bagels and help ensure quality products are available throughout each shift. Bakers arrive early—sometimes as early as 3 AM—and stock the bagel wall and pastry case. They also work with the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, while helping maintain food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 PM, and the role does not require evening or night work; employees will not work past 3 PM.

The position requires working varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early mornings and weekends. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change, and the listed responsibilities are not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM, depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, along with meeting the driving qualifications in company policy.
