About The Position

Join our bakery team at Bavarian Inn Restaurant and help create the pies and pastries our guests come back for year after year. We’re looking for a skilled pie and pastry baker who takes pride in consistency, quality, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery.

Requirements

  • Experience with pie production, pastry baking, or scratch baking
  • Comfortable working with doughs, fillings, and high-volume production
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warm bakery environment
  • Strong math skills for measurements and scaling

Responsibilities

  • Prepare from-scratch pies, fruit fillings, crusts, and dessert bars
  • Work with doughs for items like strudels, butterhorns, and pastries
  • Follow and adjust recipes based on daily production needs
  • Use commercial bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and pie presses
  • Slice, package and prepare finished items for guest sale.
