About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing fresh, high-quality baked goods and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Please note: This is not a student position.

Previous baking, food preparation, or restaurant experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of fresh products, including donuts, muffins, bagels, cookies, and other baked goods.
Follow company recipes, procedures, and production standards to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Prepare products according to daily production requirements and business needs.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout the baking process.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Keep the baking area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
Properly label, date, rotate, and store all food products and ingredients.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Occasionally assist with customer orders when needed, providing friendly and accurate service.
Ensure displays and product areas are kept fully stocked with fresh, appealing products.
Maintain high standards of product presentation throughout the day.
Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Communicate inventory needs, product shortages, and equipment concerns to management.
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
