About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare the bagels that are central to its bakeries. Bakers arrive early, potentially as early as 3 a.m., to bake and help ensure quality products are available throughout each shift. They stock the bagel wall and pastry case and work with the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches. Team members also help maintain food and beverage quality and keep the store safe and clean. Stores close at 2 p.m., and Bakers will not work past 3 p.m. The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00, subject to applicable minimum-wage regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
Nice To Haves
- A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, where applicable driving qualifications under company policy must also be met.
