About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare its bagels and help maintain the quality and availability of bakery products. Bakers arrive early, sometimes as early as 3 a.m., and stock the bagel wall and pastry case. They also work as part of the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, and help maintain a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the position does not require evening or night work; employees will not work past 3 p.m. Duties may change and this description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, but required only at specific locations; must meet Company driving qualifications where applicable.
