About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Baker to prepare its fresh bagels and help ensure quality products are available throughout each shift. Bakers arrive early, potentially as early as 3 AM, and stock the bagel wall and pastry case. They also work with the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, while helping maintain food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 PM, and the position does not require evening or night work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred, though required only at specific locations; applicable company driving qualifications must be met.
