About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare the bagels that are central to its bakeries. Bakers arrive early, potentially as early as 3 a.m., and bake bagels. They help ensure quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers also work as part of a team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, while maintaining food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. The company highlights work-life balance and says its stores close at 2 p.m. and employees will not have to work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, subject to company driving qualifications.
