About The Position
Bruegger’s Bagels is hiring a Baker to prepare its bagels and help ensure quality products are available throughout each shift. Bakers arrive early—potentially as early as 3 AM—and stock the bagel wall and pastry case. They also support the team with guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, and help maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment. The role requires working varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early mornings and weekends. Stores close at 2 PM, and the posting states that employees will not work past 3 PM.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
Nice To Haves
- A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, subject to Company driving qualifications.
