About The Position

Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare the bagels that define its stores. Bakers arrive early, potentially as early as 3 a.m., and ensure quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers also work with the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, while maintaining the quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the position does not require evening or night work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred, though it is required only at specific locations; applicants must meet the company's driving qualifications where applicable.
