About The Position

Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Baker I for the Winter 2026-27 season. This role is responsible for assisting in the presentation, display, and production of baked goods and pastries, with an emphasis on quality, appearance, and service. Deer Valley Resort is located in Park City, Utah, and prides itself on being a diverse and welcoming workplace for individuals of all ages. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in baking or culinary school
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift and carry full sheet pans
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including early morning and evening shifts
• Customer service and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing baked goods and other items as needed, following the designated recipes and procedures
• Display baked goods creatively and keep displays well-stocked, clean, and organized
• Present a courteous attitude to guests, going out of the way to offer assistance, on the phone or in person
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Other duties as assigned
