About The Position
The Woodstock Inn & Resort, a beloved resort in New England, is seeking Bag Room Attendants to join the team at the Woodstock Country Club. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, first-class experience for members and guests from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Prior golf operations experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
- Provide exceptional service including bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning.
- Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to ensure they are clean, fully stocked, and ready for play.
- Assist with the setup and execution of tournaments, outings, and member events.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart area, bag drop area, podium, parking lot, and surrounding clubhouse grounds.
- Communicate course policies, cart rules, and pace-of-play expectations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Daily maintenance of the driving range and practice greens including hand and vehicle cleaning of the practice range and surrounding areas.
