About The Position
As a Bag Room Attendant at our country club, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the bag room facility, maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness while delivering attentive assistance to golfers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf club or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with members and guests.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy golf bags and equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to club members and guests.
- Willingness to adhere to the club's dress code and grooming standards.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and familiarity with golf equipment is highly desirable.
