About The Position

Securitas is seeking a Badge Administrator Supervisor for a corporate client site in Franklin, MA. This role is crucial in supporting badge administration, cardholder management, and access assignment requests to maintain a safe and secure environment. The position involves supporting access control systems, resolving issues, generating reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure professionalism and integrity in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Previous security, badge administration, access control, or related operations/support experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain active throughout the shift, move throughout the facility as needed, and respond to site or security-related issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Security experience, access control system experience, or related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary resource for cardholder management, badging operations, and access assignment requests.
  • Create, update, and maintain badge access levels and permissions in alignment with site procedures and security guidelines.
  • Manage ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation for badge-related requests and access issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide support for access control systems and related security technology.
  • Assist with resolving issues involving physical access systems and security equipment.
  • Provide internal training, guidance, and day-to-day support for badge administrators and other team members involved in access management processes.
  • Support the review and maintenance of cardholder data, access levels, and permissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between badging, security technology, and project teams to support smooth communication, coordinated execution, and continuity of service.
  • Respond appropriately to badge or access-related issues, document findings, and maintain accurate records of security support activity, incidents, and observations.
