About The Position

We are currently seeking backwaiters that will exceed our guests expectations by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service. The goal is to provide the highest quality service to guests at all times, report on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees. Promoting teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times, properly executing all necessary steps of service, and responding positively to any requests are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Year round availability
Fast learner and able to follow direction
Displays a confident and professional appearance
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
High school diploma preferred

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of food and beverage (preferred) as well as a passion to cultivate this skill
