About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a reliable Backup Dentist to support our Bay Area PACE centers. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys flexible scheduling, predictable monthly work, and providing essential care in a structured outpatient environment. PACE centers offer a collaborative, interdisciplinary model focused on keeping seniors independent and medically stable. As a backup provider, you will step in for scheduled and unscheduled coverage needs across multiple Bay Area PACE locations.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active California dental license in good standing
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in outpatient senior-care environments
- Reliable transportation for local travel
Nice To Haves
- Prior PACE or geriatric experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services to PACE participants
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with CMC clinical standards
- Support primary dentists by covering scheduled and unscheduled gaps
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with onsite interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth clinic flow
