Our mission is to help clients protect their communities and investments by delivering high-quality screening services. We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Background Screener to join our growing team and make a real impact. Requirements

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent phone and people skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be located or willing to travel daily to 1821 Como Park Blvd, Lancaster, NY 14086.

Responsibilities

Process comprehensive tenant and applicant background checks, including criminal, credit, evictions, etc.
Review results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Communicate results professionally with clients and internal teams
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or complex cases
Identify opportunities to improve screening processes, workflows, and turnaround times
Support nights and weekend coverage as required by business needs
