Backend Team Leader

Logiwa is seeking a passionate and experienced Backend Team Leader to manage a team of developers and drive technological excellence. The ideal candidate will prioritize building a culture based on trust, transparency, responsibility, and teamwork. Responsibilities include managing the team's performance, hiring new members, leading technical discussions, building secure web applications, implementing Agile methodologies, and taking end-to-end delivery responsibility for software development projects. The candidate should have a strong background in software development, team management, SQL programming, C#, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, web services, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage a team of 4 to 6 developers, analyze their performance, define career paths, and coach them
• Hire new team members and plan resources based on company needs
• Lead technical discussions on Channel Integrations domain and identify weaknesses for improvement
• Build secure web, API applications, and background systems
• Identify performance bottlenecks using New Relic and Microsoft Application Insights
• Implement Agile Methodologies and be the guard of SCRUM for the team
• Take end-to-end delivery responsibility of assigned software development projects
• Manage stakeholders and improve communication with related departments
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control IT projects
• Analyze, customize, and modify applications
• Manage internal/external resources within projects
• Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Participate in WMS product development in back-end and front-end
• Attend technical meetings with customers when necessary
• Develop a sustainable architecture for the SAAS environment
• Have a BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or related fields
• Have at least 7+ years of experience in software development projects and 4 years of team management experience
• Have knowledge of SQL programming and SQL Server
• Have experience in C#, ASP. MVC, AngularJS
• Understand Web Services, RESTFUL Architecture, JSON, SOAP, and XML integration
• Have experience in MongoDB, RabbitMQ, dotnet CORE
• Have experience in Kubernetes (AKS - Azure Kubernetes Services)
• Have experience in working with CI/CD pipelines on Gitlab
• Have experience in Unit/Testing and Integration Testing
• Have experience in agile development methodology
• WMS know-how is a plus

• BS or MS degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or other related departments
• Min 7+ years of proven experience in software development projects and min 4 years of successful team management experience
• Knowledge of SQL programming and SQL Server
• Experience in C#, ASP. MVC, AngularJS
• Understanding of Web Services; RESTFUL Architecture, JSON, SOAP and XML with their use in integration
• Experience in MongoDB, RabbitMQ, dotnet CORE
• Experience in Kubernetes (AKS - Azure Kubernetes Services)

• Experience in Unit/Testing / Integration Testing
