About The Position

You will be the Back Shop Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Level 3 for the Back Shop Operations team which is responsible for leading a dynamic, multi‑discipline fabrication crew and delivering safety, quality, cost, and schedule excellence. As the Back Shop Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Level 3 you will be responsible for guiding a versatile team across hydraulics, chemical conversion, composites, electrical harnesses, and batteries to meet top‑tier performance goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, planning and material requirements.
  • Experience with quick-turn, critical path component repairs and fabrications.
  • Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
  • Experience supporting multiple customers with competing priorities
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fighter and transport aircraft
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following fields: Composites, Electrical Harnesses & Battery, Hydraulics, Wheel & Tire, Aircraft Flight Control Overhaul, Chemical Conversion Processes
  • Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.
