Requirements

Experience in automotive service, parts, or dealership roles preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Drug screen and criminal clearances are required

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the parts counter and achieve sales goals.
Answer phones, check in parts, stock shelves, ship parts, and maintain core control.
Support technicians with accurate, timely parts for repair orders.
Use catalogs, inventory systems, and vendor updates to ensure correct parts selection.
