About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked - Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with technicians and other team members to fulfill parts orders - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments - Provide technical support and product information to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or industrial supply preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Basic knowledge of automotive or machinery parts - Ability to operate inventory management systems and POS terminals - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
