About The Position

The Back Office Coord-LPN is a hands-on working supervisor who, under general direction, plans, assigns, and oversees the daily activities of specified clinical employees performing patient care activities in accordance with established standards and protocols. The role is responsible for maintaining sufficient clinical staffing levels and adequate medical supplies to support the day-to-day operation of the practice.

Requirements

Successful completion of an accredited practical nurse program.
Three years of back-office experience in a healthcare setting.
State of Georgia licensure as a practical nurse (LPN), required upon hire.
Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification, required upon hire.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign, and oversee daily activities of specified clinical employees.
Ensure patient care activities are performed in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Maintain sufficient clinical staffing levels.
Maintain adequate medical supplies for the day-to-day operation of the practice.
