About The Position

Viva Chicken is hiring 2–3 Back of the House team members with open availability for line cook, prep cook, and dishwasher work. The kitchen team prepares fresh food, maintains high standards, and works together to deliver Peruvian flavors. Team members may cook on the line, prepare ingredients, or help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Kitchen experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items following Viva Chicken recipes and standards.
Complete daily preparation tasks, including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Support kitchen teammates to keep service running smoothly.
Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
