About The Position
As a Back of the House Team Member at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, you will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and portion standards, accurately fulfill orders, maintain clean and stocked work areas, follow food safety and quality standards, and work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.
