They prioritize product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact, adhere to processing and tagging standards, and support timely visual execution. They maintain organization in both the sales floor and back of house, strategically process order queues to prevent backlog, and use store technology to ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience. Additionally, they maintain packaging standards to exceed customer expectations. This role involves understanding how the merchant process impacts business, effectively leading and executing the product flow process including shipment receipt, processing, and placing product, and overseeing back of house standards to impact organization and efficiency. The specialist is responsible for keeping all receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas clean and organized, adhering to safety standards, ensuring inventory accuracy, reducing product loss, and upholding company policies to support profitability. They also oversee the omni process to maintain fill rates and brand standards, manage organizational standards for supplies, technology, and order staging, and facilitate the transfer of online products back to the warehouse. Communication with the leadership team is essential for sharing information regarding Omni, shipment, restock, and back of house organization, escalating issues, and collaborating on progress and support needs to maximize efficiency and maintain omni-channel standards.
