About The Position

Bon Appétit Management Company operates over 1,000 cafés for corporations, universities, and museums, as well as public restaurants. The company is committed to socially and environmentally responsible sourcing, including sustainable seafood and cage-free eggs, and prepares food from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. This position is for a Back of House Lead Supervisor at Westmont College, available for both full-time and part-time employment. The role involves supervising hourly associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous lead/supervisor experience is required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
  • Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
  • Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
  • Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
