About The Position

The Back-End Revenue Cycle Data Analyst, reporting to the Director of Operations, CBO, is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data related to the revenue cycle. This role supports back-end functions including billing, denials, collections, AR management, and payer performance. The Analyst ensures the accuracy and integrity of revenue cycle data and provides actionable insights to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize operational efficiency. The Analyst serves as a key resource for reporting, dashboard development, and trend analysis. They collaborate with CBO leadership, clinical departments, IT, and finance teams to identify performance gaps, develop solutions, and support strategic initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.
