Join our network as a Backend Developer and work with startups to build scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side systems. You'll be responsible for developing APIs, managing databases, and integrating third-party services—enabling fast, reliable applications across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

3+ years of backend development experience
Proficient in at least one backend framework (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.)
Solid understanding of databases, caching, and server-side architecture
Experience with API design, authentication, and deployment
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
A backend-focused engineer who writes efficient, secure, and maintainable code
A freelancer who communicates well and delivers on timelines
Someone comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
Manage databases and ensure data consistency, availability, and security
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product owners to ship complete features
Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Django, Flask, Java, or .NET
Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
Optimize backend systems for scalability and performance
Integrate with external services, cloud functions, or authentication providers
Write clean, testable code and maintain proper documentation
