About The Position
Greenbush is seeking a Childwatch Babysitter to provide childcare services. This part-time position offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand. The role requires individuals who are at least 16 years old and have prior childcare or babysitting experience. Successful candidates will also need to complete various training programs and obtain specific certifications within a set timeframe after hiring.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 or older (with valid NYS working papers for minors).
- Prior childcare or babysitting experience required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- Babysitting Certification is preferred.
